Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Please note: Processing time is separate from shipping transit time.

Shipping Costs
We are pleased to offer free standard shipping on all orders—worldwide. There is no minimum purchase requirement.

At this time, we do not offer expedited shipping options. If you have urgent delivery needs, please contact us at info@voyagetc.shop before placing your order, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
Please be aware that international orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees levied by the destination country.
Buyer Responsibility: Any and all customs fees, import duties, or taxes are the sole responsibility of the buyer. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost paid to Voyage TC.
We are unable to predict or pre-pay these fees, as customs policies vary widely by country. Please contact your local customs office for detailed information before placing your order.
If a package is refused or abandoned due to unpaid customs fees, the order will not be refunded.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing:
- Your unique tracking number
- A link to track your package online
If you do not receive tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact us at info@voyagetc.shop.
Return Shipping & Conditions
General Returns
- Return requests must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
- Original shipping costs (if any were paid) are non-refundable.
- Items must be returned in unused, original condition with all original packaging.
Custom Orders (Non-Returnable)
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Custom-sized wall hangings or lampshades
- Personalized or made-to-order pieces
- Items marked as “Custom Order” or “Final Sale” at the time of purchase
Please review your custom order details carefully before confirming your purchase.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Undeliverable Packages & Incorrect Addresses
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. Voyage TC is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If an order is returned to us due to an address error, the buyer will be responsible for re-shipping costs.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking information shows the package as “Delivered” but you have not received it:
- Check with neighbors or your local post office.
- Contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.
- If the issue remains unresolved, reach out to us at info@voyagetc.shop and we will assist you.
